New Research Spotlight: Pycnogenol^® Supports Cognitive Function, Attention and Mental Performance*

In its role as a key phytonutrient for controlling oxidative stress ("phytonutrients" are nutrients from plants), Pycnogenol^® appears work effectively in the brain, as shown in an open-label study of adults who were assessed as having a high level of oxidative stress. The subjects took 100 mg of Pycnogenol^® daily for 12 months. A second group that did not take Pycnogenol^® was given the same questionnaire and tests, as a control for comparison.
